My experience in executive search began in Canada, where I worked on senior level searches and developed a strong foundation in research, sourcing, and candidate assessment. I later continued working in recruitment independently, supporting organizations and professionals across different hiring needs.

I'm Ashwathy Vasanth, founder of Thyka Search. I bring that experience into every search personally, combining research, thoughtful communication, and a commitment to understanding both the organization and the individual before an introduction is made.
